Shipping Policy
Please allow up to 2 working days handling time before dispatch during normal operating periods. During peak periods, promotions or holidays, dispatch times may occasionally be extended.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.
We primarily ship using Royal Mail services, with tracked and express courier options available depending on the size, weight and destination of your order.
Our standard UK delivery service is typically:

1–2 working days for most mainland UK destinations

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide using Royal Mail international services and trusted delivery partners within destination countries. Courier delivery services are also available for selected regions and shipments.
Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
International delivery times vary depending on destination country, customs processing and local carrier performance.
USA Orders – Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)
All orders shipped to the United States are sent using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) services.
This means:

import duties and taxes are prepaid before delivery

no additional customs charges should be payable upon arrival

customs clearance is handled as part of the shipping process
International Duties, Taxes & Import Charges
For all countries outside the USA, orders may be subject to:

import duties

VAT or local taxes

customs handling fees

brokerage charges
These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Upavon Fly Fishing is not responsible for any customs charges, import fees, delays or delivery issues caused by local customs authorities or import regulations.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered can legally be imported into their destination country.
In-Store Pickup
We are a web-based business and do not currently offer in-store collection or pickup services.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which may include tracking information depending on the selected shipping method.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier’s system.
Customers can also track orders and manage account information through their Shopify customer account where available.
Delivery Delays & Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within:

10 working days for UK orders

25 working days for international orders
after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@upavonflyfishing.co.uk with your order number and full name.
While we will always assist where possible, delivery delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather or local postal services are outside our control.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for full details regarding returns eligibility and procedures.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery provided items are:

unused
-
in original condition
-
returned with original packaging and tags where applicable
Refunds are processed once returned items have been inspected and approved.
Original shipping charges, customs fees and import duties are generally non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:

your order number

photographs of the packaging and damaged item
-
details of the issue
Claims relating to shipping damage must be reported promptly to allow us to investigate with the carrier.
