Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance items or gift cards.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

be in the same condition that you received it

be unworn or unused

include original tags and packaging

include proof of purchase or order confirmation
All returns must meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
Starting a Return
Returns can be requested directly through your customer account using our Shopify self-service returns system.
Please ensure you have the following available:

your order number
-
the product ID or SKU
-
details of the reason for return
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, instructions for returning your item will be provided through the self-service portal.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and report any issues as soon as possible through your customer account or support request system.
If your item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, please provide details and photographs where possible so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

flammable liquids or gases

opened or used resins, glues or chemical products

worn clothing or used fishing equipment

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a replacement or alternative item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been accepted.
Direct exchanges are subject to stock availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Where approved, refunds may be issued:

to the original payment method

as store credit
-
as a gift card
depending on the circumstances of the return.
Store credit or gift card values issued as goodwill gestures or promotional adjustments may be rounded to the nearest £10.
Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time before refunded funds appear in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return relates to a faulty or incorrectly supplied item.

To qualify:

proof of purchase must be provided
-
the request must be submitted within 14 days of purchase

the product must be returned using our Shopify self-service returns process
Once approved and processed, customers will receive a full refund in the form of store credit only.
