How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order. We primarily use Royal Mail, with tracked and express courier options available where appropriate. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.
When will my order be dispatched?
Please allow up to two working days for handling before dispatch during normal operating periods. Once your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email; please check your junk folder if it does not appear in your inbox.
How long does UK delivery take?
Standard UK delivery typically takes one to two working days after dispatch for most mainland UK destinations. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed.
Do you provide international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Available services and prices are calculated at checkout. Orders to the USA are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so duties and taxes are prepaid. For destinations outside the USA, local duties, taxes and customs fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

How do I stop my Gunville and Big Game Foam Cutters from becoming blunt?
Avoid cutting directly onto a hard surface. Use a rubber mat or another piece of foam, or drill through the block horizontally rather than downwards onto the work surface.
Why do my smaller Gunville Foam Cutters not cut as smoothly as the larger sizes?
For best results with smaller cutters, push through the foam more slowly to prevent compression and achieve a smoother cut. Maintain a fast drill speed, take your time and allow the cutter to do the work.
Do I need to lubricate my Gunville and Big Game Foam Cutters?
Lubrication is not essential, but larger cutters can become hot, so it is recommended for the Big Game cutters.
How do I lubricate my Gunville and Big Game Foam Cutters?
A 50/50 solution of detergent and water, or silicone spray, achieves the best results. Apply a small quantity to the tip of the cutter.
Can I sharpen my Gunville and Big Game Foam Cutters?
Yes. They are made from tool-grade stainless steel and can be sharpened on a smooth grinding stone, or fitted to a drill and rotated against a fine file or whetstone at a 20-degree angle.

Rod Ruler Fish Measure FAQs
Will the Fish Measure damage my rod?
No. It is safe for use on any rod surface.
Will the Fish Measure fit my rod?
Yes. It can be cut to fit the sections of any rod from 7 ft to 15 ft, including two-piece and four-piece fly and spinning rods.
Are Upavon Fish Measures weather-resistant?
Yes, when applied correctly. Make sure the vinyl follows the curves of the rod and that no air is trapped underneath, as this can allow water to ingress and cause the adhesive to fail.
How should I apply my Upavon Fish Measure?
Follow the steps below. The recommended application temperature is 50–75°F (10–24°C).
- If required, tape the rod to a surface to keep it still.
- Use the alcohol wipe to prepare the rod surface and allow it to dry before application.
- Measure the tape along the rod and cut it to length where the sections join, as required.
- Start with the logo end, applying it to the side of the rod opposite the manufacturer’s artwork or branding.
- Apply the first few centimetres of the decal, lifting the backing as you go. Do not stretch or crinkle the vinyl, and check that it remains straight. At this stage, you can peel it off and start again if necessary.
- Take time to ensure the vinyl follows the curves of the blank, particularly around the rod eyes, leaving no air pockets or gaps that could allow water ingress.
- Once fully applied, use a dry cloth to remove any remaining air and shape the vinyl into the curves.

Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.
Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?
Yes. A customer can redeem another gift card during checkout.
Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card?
No. A gift card cannot be used to buy another gift card.
Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?
Yes. Gift cards are applied to the final order total, including shipping and taxes.
Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?
Yes. Gift cards are a form of payment.
