THIS IS GREAT!!!

I use this material all the time as a hard spot or dark spot. It forms perfectly to the form of the hook and material and is stretchy but strong. Best flex material I have found for this niche technique.

Great scud shell back

I started fly tying this Sunday just gone and bought the scud shell back from Upavon. The service was amazing and they even kindly sent me a few little surprise extras which I am seriously grateful for. This has been a minefield of figuring things out. But here is my very first attempt of the disco shrimp this evening with the shell back in use.

Excellent product
