Never again !!

I ordered the cortland sylk line on the 27/06/25 and after a few days realised I had not had any tracking info, after contacting them I was informed that my order had been missed and that the item was no longer in stock, there was no notification from them to say this, I had to ask !
I was assured that they would sort this out and send me the line as soon as possible, to be fair my postage was refunded, the replacement came around a week later and lo and behold it was the wrong line. I have now given up, I will look elsewhere.
